gen303 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. gen303 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawals can be requested at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 for most payment methods. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours (9 AM - 9 PM WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the name on your gen303 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. You may be required to verify ownership of your payment method before your first withdrawal is approved.
gen303 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering or other financial crimes will be frozen pending investigation, and relevant authorities may be notified.
Bonuses and promotions offered by gen303 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available only to eligible users who meet the stated requirements (e.g., new players only, minimum deposit amount, specific games).
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn. Different game categories contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. gen303 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other users, low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion.
All bets are subject to acceptance by gen303. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it becomes final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the user. In the event of a technical error, gen303 reserves the right to void affected bets.
Odds are subject to change until the bet is placed and accepted. gen303 makes reasonable efforts to ensure odds accuracy, but errors can occur. In the event of a palpable error (obvious mistake) in odds or results, gen303 reserves the right to void affected bets. For sports betting, official results as determined by the relevant governing body are final. For casino games, results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs).
Winning bets are settled according to the official result of the event. Sports bets are typically settled within 24 hours of the event conclusion. Live casino and slot game results are settled immediately. In cases where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and bet type (detailed rules available upon request).

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. gen303 does not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices and browsers.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. gen303 is not responsible for your gambling losses. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and managing your bankroll responsibly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gen303's total liability to any user for any claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after meeting all wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) cannot be reopened.
gen303 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, creation of multiple accounts, provision of false information, suspicious betting patterns, or breach of responsible gaming policies.
Upon account termination, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked. Any remaining balance in accounts closed for legitimate reasons (not fraud or terms violations) will be returned to you. However, gen303 reserves the right to withhold funds from accounts terminated for violations of these terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which gen303 is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of gen303 should first be addressed through our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
